Young Parents' Online Coffee Group
Are you a young parent or expecting parent in Grade 9-12 who would like to connect with other young parents through weekly, informal social gatherings?
We invite you to join our coffee group where we can connect and chat about life as a parent, or soon to be parent, in weekly face-to-face Teams meetings.
Being a teen parent is a challenging situation and it can be isolating as well. By coming together as a group of people with similar circumstances, we can find support and connection.
How to Join
If you'd like to connect with other young parents, email sue.mills@saskDLC.ca and she will send you a Teams link.
Meeting Time
Every Monday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Teams.
Club Leader
The coffee group will be guided by a Sask DLC club leader who may be able to connect young parents with community resources, if needed.
